As our customer base grows, Mainter is expanding its Customer Success team. We are looking for an engaged and positive CSM who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at communicating in both Swedish and English.
As a Customer Success Manager, you should feel passionate about helping our customers with our platform and creating customer value through excellent service. We are looking for someone who is loyal, curious, and eager to grow with us at Mainter.
About Us
Mainter is an expanding SaaS company located in the heart of Umeå. We develop a maintenance management system for the manufacturing and food industries, appreciated for its user-friendliness in both web and mobile clients. Our focus is on creating business value and powerful functionality with new technology.
Our customers include some of Sweden’s largest companies, and we are growing rapidly. Recently, Björn joined as Head of Customer Success, and now we are expanding the team further.
CSM Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work alongside Björn to create the best possible customer journey.
Your responsibilities include:
- Resolve, delegate, and escalate incoming support cases
- Training and onboarding new customers to the Mainter platform
- Creating and publishing help articles for the website and knowledge base for proactive support
- Customer follow-ups via email and phone
- Measuring customer success
- Participating in upselling
- Developing and optimizing Customer Success workflows and processes

- Communicative with a friendly and professional manner, both spoken and written

Some of Your Skills
- Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a must
- Passionate about solving customer problems and aiming to exceed their expectations
- Driving license is required for customer visits
